David Lunn | PF | JB White Elite | 2027
A lot of skill with the ball from multiple spots on the floor, among bigger bodies in the division but not relegated to the block, showed a nice handle to get from the arc all the way to the cup, nearly unstoppable when catching it right around the basket and was a tireless force on the O-glass.
Dylan Bynum-Jones | PG | NeNe Elite Gold | 2027
Would undoubtedly be a part of anyone’s list of top young point guards in TX, explosive first step all the way to the hole or to create in the mid-range, smooth moving athlete loves to push the pace and attack the defense from all points, like most PG’s today can score in bunches with variety from multiple ranges.
Marwane Fadika | SG | NeNe Elite Gold | 2027
Long and skilled, powerful off dribble, elite finisher be it at the rim or from the mid-range, a handful to stay in front of both because of power and craftiness getting into space.
Aiden Clark | CG | RA Elite | 2027
Such skill and explosiveness with the ball with A+ athletic ability, slices and dices defenses whether creating offense for himself or others, has plenty of range to stretch defenses, a blow-by machine in junctures, like Bynum-Jones a big-time backcourt riser in TX.
Kendric Mitchell | CG | RA Elite | 2027
Smooth and controlled, never seemingly in a big hurry but can hurt you in bunches with a combination of long-range shooting and explosiveness to the basket, glider is superb coming off the wing on the break or attacking with such quickness in the halfcourt set.
Reece Alston | SG | RA Elite | 2027
Slightly taller than his other 2 backcourt mates above and one of the weekend’s most versatile talents, uses extra length to be a factor on the O-glass from the wing spot, devastating like Mitchell as a wing finisher on the fast break, another RA standout with plenty of deep range but will slice you up using the dribble when bodied up too closely.
Gary Davis | PF | RA Elite | 2027
Among the tallest in the division used that height and really good athletic ability to show off his variety of offensive moves, like Lunn had a physical advantage but showed polish off the bounce from the wing, soft-touch on the mid-range J, and on the offensive boards.
Madden Hill | PG | Houston Hoops Blue Chips | 2028
Hill was spectacular in nearly every fashion at the guard spot, wildly advanced handle with speed + control to burn, gets downhill as a scorer and is high efficiency and creative finisher near the basket, will bury you from 3-land if backed too far, widely regarded as one of the top 2028s in the state.
Tre Wright | CG | Houston Hoops Blue Chips | 2028
Slides between the 1 and 2 but has an equally impressive handle to Hill with excellent vision up the floor and a great understanding of spacing, impressive blow-by ability off the bounce but has terrific range well out past the arc.
