The Prephoops Next Circuit has been amazing. With so many stops all over the country, there have been tons of opportunities to showcase some of the top middle school talents in the country. I’ve been fortunate to attend three events. The West Coast Kick-Off in Ladera, CA, the Sooner State Shootout in Edmonds, OK, and War In The Valley In Phoenix. Guard play has dominated the circuit start with some remarkable Floor Generals leading the way. In this article, we break down my top 10 point guards from the circuit.

  1. Cal Furnish 5’9 PG Team Griffin 2025Furnish is a pure pg that understands the game at a high level. He'll protect the ball for you, and does a terrific job of getting his teammates a good shot. His unselfish nature and high IQ blend perfectly with the talented Team Griffin squad.
  2. Jevon Yapi 5'8 All Vegas 2025 (featured image) - Yapi is quickly becoming a social media sensation. His, quickness, slick handle, and creative passing have lead to his share of highlights. Behind the flash lies a talented, competitive PG not afraid to take the big shot for his team.
