West Coast Circuit Recap: Under The Radar Vol. 3

With the Region Finals underway, now seems like the perfect time to take a look back. During the Circuit season I was fortunate to catch the action in California at the West Coast Kick-Off, Oklahoma at Sooner State Showdown, and in Arizona at War In The Valley. Countless articles have been written highlighting the standout players from these events, however, in an effort to evaluate as many potential prospects as possible, I wanted to take a look at some players whose performances may have flown under the radar. In this article, a follow up to Under The Radar Vol 2 we take a look at some under the Radar Prospects from these events. Note: This article only contains players that participated in either War In The Valley, WCKO, or Sooner State Showdown.

Sebastian Knox 6’1 SG All Vegas 2025 – Knox was a glue guy for All Vegas at War In The Valley. He has the potential to be a big-time prospect. Knox is a fast guard, with the ability to get out and score in transition. He also creates points from his defense, with his ability to play passing lanes, and get steals.

Tayshaun Jackson 5’4 PG Hard 2 Gaurd 2025 – Jackson competed on the defensive end for H2G. The PG was a scrappy on-ball defender, who routinely guarded the opposing team’s best ballhandler, Johnson was able to force mistakes and turnovers with his defensive pressure.

Brandon Mason Jr 5’8 PG JB White Elite 2026 (featured image) – BMJ flashed some game, especially in Phoenix. The PG showed a good handle, along with the ability to create shots for himself. He was good off the bounce, displaying an advanced offensive skillset, allowing him to separate from defenders and score the basketball.

Jaylin Conrad 5’10 SG Team Dojo 2026 – Conrad was one half of a dynamic wing duo for Dojo. The rangy wing is a fluid runner, who showed the ability to score in transition. He also used his wingspan to defend opposing wings well.

Marlin Miles Jr 5’7 PG Progress Feels Best 2027 – Miles was one of a plethora of PGs that played well for PFB. He was solid on the defensive end using quick hands to create on-ball steals.

Logan Knol 6’4 PF Oklahoma Flight 2025 – Knol was one of the top high-energy, players I saw in Oklahoma. That’s not to say he doesn’t have skills. Knol displayed good hands and was terrific when finishing around the basket. He grabbed a ton of offensive boards, finishing with putbacks around the rim.
