Greensboro, NC. - The talent pool that was in the 7th grade division at the NYBL Memorial Day Takeover Invitational was through the roof which is why we decided to break the standouts up into two different parts. Below is the second part of our 7th grade standouts as you can view part one here...

Zyion Chase | Washington D.C. | Class of 2026

Chase looks to be a building block on this 7th grade Takeover group and he was mighty impressive on the block in the low post. Chase has a mismatch against his counterparts because of his size where he currently stands at 6’1. Chase brings great energy to the floor that helps him be dominant on both ends of the ball in the low post.

Tristan Heflin | Maryland | Class of 2026

There is a lot of upside and potential to like about Heflin because of his length and long arms he is already showing why only in the 7th grade. The first thing that stood out when watching Heflin was his defense as he uses his length to cause steals, deflections and showed he can alter shots. Offensively he
