Malachi Moreno Steals The Show
Moreno was hands down the most dominant player on the best team during the Prep Hoops Next 2K21 helping lead Indiana Elite to a 14U Platinum Championship. Being bigger than everybody is obviously a huge advantage Moreno holds over everybody but he has a nice skill set for a big man at his age. Expect to hear a lot more about Moreno in the coming years as he is starting to gain attention from colleges entering his freshman year of high school.

Indian Elite 14U One Of The Best In The Country

As I wrote above, Malachi Moreno is a matchup nightmare but the guards they have including Millen McCartney, Braylon Mullins and Luke Ertel round out this team as a whole as they completed the summer winning 40+ games while losing only one.
Success of Full Package Black
Full Package Black won the Gold Division Championship in the 14U division at Prep Hoops Next 2K21 and is a group that has a lot of names to watch moving forward. 6’0 Vincas Buzelis is the heart and soul of the team while 6’0 guard Colby Smith was the most dominant player on Full Package Black.
Guards Galore
From start to finish at Prep Hoops Next 2K21, guards took over as there were a handful of guys projecting to the division one level. Some of the top performers from the guard position were

, Bradley Longcor, Jake Fithian, Colby Smith and Braylon Mullins just to name a few. Look for the midwest to have a solid group of guards from the 2025 class that college coaches will be able to recruit from.
Exposure from PHN 2K21
The Prep Hoops Next 2K21 was the final event of the Prep Hoops Next Circuit for the summer and it was a great way to cap off the first year of the circuit. The circuit provided good competition and competitiveness for all middle school age groups with continuous exposure that should help these kids start getting on college radars.
