The championship ended up being the best game out all age groups from the event as Paul George Elite outlasted San Diego Prospects 74-69. Below are our three all tournament teams from the 13U division…
1st Team All West Coast Kick Off
Ethan Pack 5’8 Paul George Elite
Ethan is a locked in combo guard that can play with a high motor. Great mid-range but can also also set out and shoot the ball. He is really impressive drive to the basket as he has a tough finish but also some tough floaters in his game.
Tekeio Phillips 5’8 San Diego Prospects
Phillips played a major part in helping get the San Diego Prospects to the 13U championship game. He got after it on both ends of the floor and showed why he is a prospect to remember as he enters high school.
Richie Ramirez 5’10 San Diego Soldiers Salute
He is a good athlete that uses his athleticism to get by defenders on a catch and rip. He has soft touch around the rim and he is all over the floor making an impact on both ends.
Joseph Dixon 5’10 Paul George Elite
Dixon put on a show all weekend long for Paul George Elite in helping his team secure the 13U championship. Dixon was showcasing his ability to shoot the ball from different areas on the floor especially from deep. If Dixon doesn’t have the shooting performance he had over the weekend, we might not be talking about Paul George being the 13U champions.
Tylan Kinsey 5’11 The Truth Select
He is a smart high IQ prospect that will work the mid-post as he can face up and go or work with his back to the basket. He knows how to score the ball down low as he has a good skillset.

Anthony Lee 5’1 San Diego Soldiers Salute
