Each gym was stalked with talent and each program put up some impressive games.
Take a look at the first group of players that stood out in Indiana.
It was hard to miss the ball pressure that Collins displayed this weekend. Opponents seemed to shift their attacks when he was in the game. He’s a vocal leader for his team. He played well off the ball offensively and was able to hit some crafty shots from deep.
Isaiah Fox | GCG Milwaukee
The lead guard thrives wherever GCG needs him. His ability to anticipate makes for; timely bounce passes in the half court, turning teams over with active hands on defense, and instinct to pull up with little to no space.
Amir Danforth | FVV Elite
Danforth commands constant pressure both on and off the ball. He checks all of the boxes for his team. Offensively he’s scoring from multiple levels. He has a quick dribble and impressive balance in the mid range. His steady shooting and ability to draw help defense is at the top of the list of what makes him an impact player for FVV Elite.
Andre Tyler | Grind Family Chicago
Tyler is a two-way play-maker. His game is fun to watch- the skills he displayed this weekend are beyond his years. He proved to be able to create his own shot. His pull up in transition was lethal and confident. Tyler was the defensive leader for his teammates, the pressure turned up when he was running the show.
Kenyon Greer | ATC Athletics
He plays with that “big-guard” mentality. He can handle the ball, control the offense and distribute to his teammates. Most impressively, he uses his body effectively on both ends of the floor. He attacks with dominance in the lane and will draw fouls. In addition, he uses his body to defend in the lane.
