Joe Miller Hoop Code 2026 – Miller is a big body banger with underrated skill. He used his frame and long arms to carve out space, allowing him to rebound everything in his area. I was impressed with his touch around the basket as well as his face-up facilitating game. He also showed he could stretch the floor knocking down a three in the game I saw.

Kingston Montague 5’8 SG AZ Storm 2027 – Active player that was all over the floor on the defensive end. Montague Played with a terrific burst going from zero to sixty in an instant. The dynamic guard did a terrific job of keeping defenders off balance while using both hands to finish drives to the rim with either hand.

Jeehzus Pagan 5’9 CG Hoop Code 2026 – Pagan was a dedicated slasher that finished everything in the paint. He played at different speeds ranging from deceptively quick to downright fast. Pagan sped past defenders for more than his share of transition baskets on Friday. He was able to get into the lane seemingly at will, finishing a high percentage of his layup attempts.

Delton Prescott 5’9 CG AZ Storm 2027 – First thing I noticed about Prescott was his improved frame. The 8th grader has some definition in his shoulders and biceps which he used to play through contact. The other thing that stood out about him was his playmaking. Prescott did a terrific job of getting into the lane drawing the defense and finding the open man. His vision and passing stood out proving that he may be more point than combo.

Jeremiah White 5’7 PG NVCA 2027 – Despite a tough loss, White really stood out. The lefty has a strong handle and he used it to get anywhere he wanted to on the court. He has good speed and used it to be a problem in transition, getting out, and finishing layups. He definitely is attempting to get to his strong hand, but when he does he is virtually unstoppable attacking the rack.

Adrian Higuera 5’9 SG AZ Storm 20227 – Whoever said the mid-range game was dead, hasn’t watched Higuera, the combo displayed a deadly in-between game getting right to 15 feet and pulling up. He showed the ability to stop on a dime, doing it so quickly it had one of his defenders touching the earth. The shifty guard was one of the more versatile scorers that I saw on the day.
