Deon Johnson || Ohio || 2027 ||
The kid can get up and play above the rim and he’s got a bag at the rim showcasing different ways that he can finish with elite footwork and patience on the block and in the paint. His first step is lethal as he can get enough space to get off floaters and mid-range jumpers. Defensively he has some active hands and he can protect with his footwork and those active hands in the lanes.
Anthony Mauro || New Jersey || 2027 ||
Lefty snipper that plays like its so fun out there. He is a show. This kid has major range and his vision paired with that elite shooting is a combination that will be a major plus to be paired with his team. Really impressed with his game and every time I see him play he is fun to watch and has wiggle. Impressive kid coming out of jersey.
Bryce Curry || Ohio || 2027 ||
Bounce to spare as Bryce can really fly and in the future, let’s say two years he is going to be one of those high flyers. Really like that fearless style of play and high motor. He gets after it on the defensive end and he gets up and down the floor. His ceiling is high as he is a wing that can work on the outside as well as the inside. if he were at the top of a trapping zone he would really get a bunch of breakout dunks.
Jalen Mitchell || Indiana || 2027 ||
As a lead guard he has size and he has vision, shooting, creating ability and scoring power. If he is left open he is going to hit those open three-pointers. His handle is super tough as he can dribble through traffic. Impressive all-around game. Defensively he has recovery speed and he can rack up those steals with his lateral movement. Really like his foundation on defense it is going to be a major plus in his future recruiting.
Dooney Johnson || Wisconsin || 2027 ||
Big guard alert. He will blow by other players that are his size that try and defend on the perimeter. Really impressive jab game as he can get space without a dribble being taken. Hits those open looks but is an attacking guard that can use his motor and quick first step to get easy buckets. He doesn’t shy away from physicality and he can finish those tough buckets.
