The ceiling is high for LA Broncos 2026! LA Broncos are a familiar name as they have stacked teams at multiple levels on both the Prep Hoops NEXT and Prep Hoops Circuit. Their prospects have historically been grinders who work hard and give 100% effort on both ends, the entire game. We expected nothing less from the 2026 team last season and they delivered!
Prior to the season, LA Broncos put a big emphasis on their physical toughness. They knew playing in a circuit wouldn’t be easy but they were ready to put in the work to compete against the best. Coach knew before the season that his group of guys was talented, so it was important to spend time on “situations” so they were prepared for the spotlight. Coached added that “we wanted to simulate the physicality and mental toughness needed to play in these prep hoop next events.”
Below is the latest team roster and a few notes on what each player brought to the squad last summer.
His game grew as the summer went on. Most skilled player.
He was the tone-setter on the team. He was the floor general.
He became more vocal and showed glimpses of being a leader.
He showed roughest towards the end of the year. He became one of the team’s best defenders.
He did a great job running the floor. He was very coachable.
He was the toughest player on the team. He just has to finish around the rim better.
He got better as the summer progressed.
He was great off the bench. He brought energy as a reserve.
He was a great rebounder and has a nose for the ball.
He was probably one of the best ball handlers and could knock down a 3-pointer consistently once he got into a flow.
He did whatever was asked of him.
He did whatever was asked of him.
Each prospect shows signs of growth and being able to contribute even more next season. This group has the skill and technique to make some big-time noise next summer. Prep Hoops Next dove deeper into LA Broncos 2026 [Q&A with Coach] and their experience on the Prep Hoops NEXT circuit and what’s to come for these prospects.
Which Prep Hoops Next event do you remember most and why?
Nationals in Kansas. In the last game, we played against a team from Wisconsin. We lost the game at the buzzer. Our players didn’t stop competing. They left everything on the floor.
How do you feel your program competed throughout?
Our strength was running the floor well. We enjoyed playing at a fast pace. We needed to improve on communicating with each other as a team.
Who is leaving this summer a better player than when summer started?
Aidan was our most improved player. His overall game went to another level. He became a more consistent shooter and became a tougher ball handler.
Who creates the flow?
Kristion and Cambren were our team leaders. They created the flow on and off the court.
Who will be a varsity athlete at their respective high school programs next season?
Aidan and Kristion will have a chance to contribute to ZACHARY High’s varsity roster.
What is expected for next summer? Same plan of attack?
The style of the team will change because of different personnel. We will still exhibit the GRIT needed to win at this level
Prep Hoops NEXT is excited to watch the growth of these athletes who made their names known over the 2022 season!
