We take a look at some talent out on the East playing in some high level tournaments and putting in work.

Joshua Huggins

WL State

6'5" | PF | 2028

The big fella can move and he is probably more like 6’6 now and stronger. He is playing for Alabama Fusion and he is putting in work. Kinda reminds me of a Draymond Green with a better offensive game and package going to the rim. He has an elite step through and Euro-Step when attacking the rim. On the boards he is a beast and in the paint he uses his frame to protect and finish. Just a Junkyard Dog on the boards. If you get stuck behind him and you are smaller in the post you are in trouble. This kid is just scratching the surface. He will be drop stepping in no time. Get him on the break and he will throw one down, the big fella gets up.

Jaylin Avery

6'4" | SF | 2028 Team Durant

Jaylin has been rocking the Man Bun and he was playing like a man as of late. He is strong and has some touch to his game around the rim. He does not need to be point blank to score as he uses those one handed hooks to shoot over smaller players. Active motor and in time he will continue to develop that lateral movement as he switches and helps on picks on the defensive end of the floor. Currently he is a 15-foot and in threat. On the break he runs the floor well and can handle the ball up the floor. He has anice little float package and he passes the ball well. When he gets the ball in the post he reads the defense and finds the best option. If you put him with shooters and he is going to pick teams apart.

Anthony Mauro

6'2" | PG | 2027 Ivy Gauchos

This kid is very exciting to watch. He has a little bit of that “White Chocolate” to him. He is turning into one of the best players at the PG position. He is smooth and electric with the ball as he has that creative gene in his DNA. Mauro can get by defenders and they you never know what he is going to do and that is what makes him really tough to guard or even rotate over on. He has those up and under’s in the air down. Kid can stop and pop and he has that ball on a string. Kinda reminds you of those hoopers in the late 90″s on the AND 1 Mixtapes. This kid brings excitement to the floor.

Nolyn Proudfoot

6'1" | CG | 2028 City Rocks

One f the coolest last names in the game and one of the coolest games as well. A lot of swag and he backs it up. He uses those stop and go’s to get loose and he can hit from all three-levels. Gets to the cup , uses the stop and pop and he will light you up from deep. Shoots at a high clip from deep on the move because he has some of the best and quick setting footwork you will see. He can play the other end of the floor. Anticipation is elite and he is tough.
