Branden Crosslen demoralized teams with his knock down shooting out of the left corner. Crosslen spaced the floor well, looking for openings whenever the defense fell asleep or lost track him. The corner was his sweet spot, whenever Branden got hot he began nailing threes in bunches and teammates never hesitated to feed him.

Chase Edmond turned his game up in the championship round of play, setting the tone early with his offensive intensity. Edmond was firing from all cylinders scoring off the catch three-pointers and finding scoring opportunities with sharp timely cuts to the basket. Chase Edmond displayed textbook shooting form, good posture, elbows locked with a high release and impeccable rotation on the ball.

Lethal lefty, Traelin Randolph, put on one of if not the best perimeter shooting display of the weekend. Randolph gave us a performance where he drilled 5 three-pointers in a double-deficit comeback win. His all-around shot making not only brought Waco 94ft Elite back into the game but he also gained them a lead late into the second half before continuing to stretch margin. Traelin’s one dribble pull-up from beyond the arc unstoppable and consistent, particularly from the top of the key where Randolph was an absolute sniper.

Deshea Benton Jr. stood out as predominately a catch and shoot player who got the bulk of his points without ever taking a dribble. Reliable three-point shooter particularly in the corner and when left wide open. Good mechanics, Benton Jr. showed no wasted motions, he caught the ball and went straight up with his shot. In the biggest game of the weekend he got off to a hot start going 3-for-3 from the exact same spot in the same corner in the first half of play.
