Spencer Pulliam

A respected veteran of the grassroots basketball scene, Spencer joined Prep Hoops in 2020, tasked with leading our new youth platform. His focus is on developing industry-leading content and event infrastructure of the highest quality. Since 2005, Spencer has evaluated much of the nation's elite youth basketball talent, and established a reputation for accurately projecting players at the highest level. In addition to running his own NCAA-compliant scouting/recruiting service, he actively serves in a variety of leadership and volunteer roles for several prestigious grassroots basketball organizations and brands. Spencer and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Greensboro, North Carolina with their daughter.

Bruce Williams

A lifetime lover of the game, Bruce has served in a variety of roles throughout the game of basketball, including as a player, coach, scout, and trainer. In 2015 -16 he served as Coach and General Manager of the 7outzbbasketball club leading the club to a 4-2 record in the prestigious TBT 2 million dollar basketball tournament. Before coming to prep hoops he operated the 7outz basketball club which helped place basketball professionals with overseas opportunities. A self-described Gym rat Bruce is known for staying in the gym for long hours, traveling to events consistently and providing maximum exposure to potential prospects. For PrepHoops Bruce serves as a content writer, senior exposure scout and rankings analyst for the state of Nevada. Houston Wilson

In addition to his responsibilities with Prep Hoops in the DMV region, Houston Wilson joined Prep Hoops Next in 2020, and serves as our Lead Scout/Correspondent in the Mid-Atlantic region. Houston grew up in Norfolk, Virginia and attended Norfolk Collegiate School, where he fell in love with the game under legendary Coach Jim Markey. A 2016 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, Houston quickly established his own NCAA-certified scouting service that year, and now has several years of industry experience. He loves to cover prospects at all levels, locally and nationally, and he currently lives in the heart of Washington, D.C.

Terry Drake

A dynamic skill development trainer and evaluator, Terry joined Prep Hoops Next in 2020, and serves as our Lead Scout/Correspondent in the Southeast region. He has a skilled eye for film study and enjoys analyzing player and team performances. As a consultant for several prominent events across the country, Terry's expertise in on-court instruction as well as his evaluation abilities, are widely heralded. He has more than a decade of industry experience and has trained and/or observed thousands of the nation's most elite players. In addition to his responsibilities with Prep Hoops Next, Terry manages an independent, NCAA-compliant scouting/recruiting service, and actively maintains clients as a certified, Lv3 pro-staff trainer with Ganon Baker Basketball Training & Development.

Nate Wahl

Wahl grew up in Wisconsin, but calls Big Lake, Minnesota home. Wahl started his career as a part-time scouting analyst in 2016, covering the now-defunct AAF (Alliance of American Football) for a start-up called 12ozSportsRadio.com. Upon returning to the Midwest from Kentucky in 2019, he joined the Prep Network as a scout with Prep Redzone Minnesota, Prep Redzone Dakotas, and Prep Girls Hoops Minnesota. He will be leading the Midwest coverage for Prep Hoops Next.
